Day 1: Your tour will depart from Cape Town city and head east to Hermanus. Continue onto the town of Swellendam before entering the area known as the "Little Karoo" Dinner and overnight on an Ostrich Farm in the Ostrich Capital, outside Oudtshoorn. Dinner will be ostrich Cuisine at its best.
Day 2: After exploring the vast limestone caverns known as the Cango Caves, the tour continues to the Cango Wildlife Ranch-internationally recognized for its far-reaching conservation efforts. Then on to the Ostrich Show Farm for a guided tour. Travel on through the scenic Outeniqua Pass (Stop and have our first look at the Indian Ocean) and drive through the beautiful town of George on our way to Wilderness where we book in at our Hotel. We then wet our feet in the Indian Ocean while walking on a beautiful sandy beach. before dinner. Overnight in Wilderness.
Day 3: Travel to Knysna aboard the Outeniqua Choo Tjoe Train or visit Belvidere Church in Knysna and walk to "The Heads" and take a Lagoon Cruise and 4x4 tour and 1-hour Hike at Featherbed Nature Reserve -see the blue duiker. After lunch we return by ferry to Knysna Waterfront. We enjoy the shops and atmosphere of Knysna before continuing to the seaside town of Plettenberg Bay (Formosa Bay) for overnight.
Day 4: The journey continues eastward, through the Tsitsikamma Forests and across dramatic river gorges (The Bloukrans Pass and Stormsriver Bridge) to Port Elizabeth, one of South Africa`s major ports. You will be dropped off at Port Elizabeth Airport in time for your flight.
OPTION 2 Pick up in Port Elizabeth. Drop off in Cape Town.
Day 1: Report to Johannesburg International Airport to check in for your flight to Port Elizabeth. Port Elizabeth-Garden Route & Little Karoo. On arrival in Port Elizabeth you will start your travel by heading westwards, soon reaching Tsitsikamma Mountains and indigenous forests. On arrival in Plettenberg Bay you will spend the afternoon at leisure to enjoy the beautiful beaches. Dinner and overnight in Plettenberg Bay.
Day 2: Garden Route: Travel to Knysna, where there will be time to enjoy the shops and atmosphere of this lovely town before enjoying a lagoon cruise on Knysna Lagoon, as well as a 4x4 guided tour and 1 hour hiking tour at Featherbed Nature Reserve. After lunch travel aboard the Outeniqua Choo Tjoe steam train to the lakelands (subject to train running) of Wilderness for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Little Karoo: Travel through the Outeniqua Pass to Oudtshoorn where we visit an Ostrich Farm for a specialist guided tour. We visit the Cango Wildlife Ranch for a specialist guided tour. Lunch in Oudtshoorn, offering the opportunity to do shopping. We then visit the world renowned Cango Caves witnessing the most spectacular drip stone formations. Dinner and overnight on an Ostrich Farm with superb Ostrich Cuisine Dinner. An additional option could be a visit to a 62 meter drop waterfall (Time permitting).
Day 4: Oudtshoorn to Cape Town. After breakfast we travel through the "Little Karoo" towards Cape Town. After lunch we travel via the beautiful Tradoux Pass to Swellendam where we visit the Oude Drosdy Museam Complex. We continue our journey to Cape Town. We stop at Sir Lowry`s Pass to appreciate the stunning view from the pass. Drop off in Cape Town- late afternoon.

Do a Karoo Botanical Garden Drive (only during flower season), as well as Church Street and surrounds (Cape Dutch and Victorian Houses)in Worcester and School of the Blind Neighborhood. Visit Klein Plasie Open Air Museum and, after coffee, leave for Robertson, Ashton, Montagu and lunch in Barrydale. After lunch drive via the Huisriver Pass to Calitzdorp and Oudtshoorn. Book in at Guest House/Farm/Hotel and enjoy traditional Ostrich Cuisine for dinner.
Day 2: Visit Cango Caves and Crocodile Ranch and have lunch in Oudtshoorn. After lunch visit Ostrich Farm and drive to George and Knysna. Book in at Guest House/Hotel in Knysna.
Day 3: Take Ferry to Featherbed Nature Reserve and do a guided 4x4-excursion and spectacular walk in the Reserve. Lunch at the Reserve Restaurant. Take ferry back to Knysna Waterfront, visit "The Heads" and Belvidere Church and drive to Wilderness for overnight and dinner at Hotel or sleep over another night in Knysna.

We continue our journey to Cape Town and stop in Swellendam where we visit the Drosdy Museum Complex. The last part of our journey takes us across Houwhoek Pass, Botriver and Sir Lowry`s Pass where we make our last stop to have a view of the Cape Flats and Cape Town in the distance.
